So end of the second week of six and I completed the program whilst doing the standard endurance testing. Not bad for a tubster like me!

Did the initial test with 42 pushups. Just barely put me into the "average" category. Pfft, with someone unfit like me I shouldn't be in that category at all XD

Did 220 this morning! My neck and arms gave out before my abs did. Go figure.

Downloaded the pdf and printed it!

First exhaustion test - did 150. May be finished in another week!

22.11.2011. - after less than 6 weeks my stomach's iron tight and 200 sit-ups through physical hardships have been done! The sweet taste of self defeat and victory! :)

5th sept '11 - taken the initial test and now starting week 1 training

Finished week 2 which meant an intensity test....could only pull of 20 today so that means I'll be re-doing week 2 to try to improve my ab muscles

Only 20 today....my abs are killing me!

Week 1 - Day 1 - managed to get 20 in the 'maximum' section!

Did the initial test....managed to do a whopping 10 sit-ups - starting week one on Monday

Will consider it success if I can do 50
