Remembered that I already have one open. Am putting $100 per month, as well as $10 for every finished goal in account.
& open and fill an ISA before 2012 kicks to new tax year!
Opened savings account at INGdirect, with no bad reviews found. Then created a budget on mint.com, Nov 20, 2011.
