Since October I have lost about 10 pounds. I really need to work on my self-esteem though because I have such negative thoughts about my appearance. I have to remember that there are much heavier people than me who would love and be so happy and grateful to look like me. I just have to stop thinking negative thoughts about me and praise any step in the right direction.
I started somewhere around 223#. Been up and down over the last 9 months, but been on a progressive plan and lost 16 pounds since the first of the year. I think it will be around June or August before I hit the 173# mark, if I actually decide to go that far. Personally I will be happy with a fit and healthy 184.
