6/30/2011 received keys and moved into my house!
Signed final docs yesterday 6/28/2011, received confirmation that the paperwork went out via UPS last night and will be delivered this morning to the funding department. Lisa Kakishita (Realtor) confirmed she will pick up the keys tomorrow 6/30/2011 after work and drop it off to me with the buyers packet from Devon Morse (Escrow Officer). My Uhaul is confirmed for 4:30pm pickup. I'll leave work at 4pm and pick up Anthony on my way to get the truck, Zach will pick up Isaac and Victory and meet me at my parents place to load the truck.
6/28/2011 sign final docs at 2:30pm, then get keys on Thursday 6/30/2011. Rental truck reserved for Thursday and PTO on Friday 7/1/2011 to unpack plus for washer, dryer, fridge delivery/setup
