02.02.2012 - Day 4. Still off them. Today and yesterday were tough. Sleeping much better at night now.
Interesting: The physical addiction to nicotine is overcome after just four days. After that you're looking at unwinding the psychological habit for up to 4 weeks - as it generally takes 4 weeks to change any habit.

Uncompleted :( I fell off the wagon again, but I'll never quit quitting, so hey ho - it's time to have another go!
Day 5 cold turkey today
Started tracking cigarettes on Becomeanex.org. I'll do that for a week and see what my average is. Then, I'll start cutting out superfluous cigarettes and weaning down from there.
end of February 2011: am down to 2-3 cigarettes a day. Hope to be down to 1-2 by the 14th March.
end of December 2011: Am back to 4-5 a day. Need to cut this out altogether. I think I need to do all or nothing.
