I trained for 2 months and ran my first 5K this past saturday with my 4 fourth grade boys at PSRES, it was so much fun, a little cold like 32 degrees but fun

On October 1, 2010 I completed the Fall Frolic in Mishawaka, Indiana. My goal was to finish in less than an hour and I came in at 50 minutes and 57 seconds.

Slightly cheating but in the run up to the Great south run I have joined Park run...which is a saturday morning 'running club' where you all do is run 5k...completed my first run 14 August 2010 - in 33.14 mins...the first of many 5k runs I hope
