We bought our equipment and ingredients to brew a wheat beer. Reading the book and will start brewing this weekend.
Oct 2011: All 3 beers were a success, especially the cassis wheat.
Aug 2011: Currently brewing a vanilla stout, cassis wheat, newcastle-like brown ale.
