lost 20 pounds since started working :)

Visited a Dietician/Nutritionist, discussed eating habits what should be changed. Working with a personal trainer. Running/ walking daily.

I want to weigh max 80 kilos. Well, at 1.82m or 6 foot tall, that is a lot, but it's not overweight! :-)

kinda found out i'm pregnant so gotta put that on hold

Have googled weight watches for hubby & myself. Planned a once a week visit to the pools. He will swim. I will enjoy the spa until I have the ok to start my hydrotherapy.

belt comfortably tightens up by 2 more notches now. :) Although, I'm sure starving myself for the past week due to stress probably isn't the best way to lose it.

last month I lost 10lbs according to my rheumatologist. :)

Should be working on this while I have the time. Need to solve something first though. Need to get a scale bought as well. Next exercise/weighing predicted: 1/2 weeks time.
