Easy as I live here and I know just the place ... but high tea isn't afternoon tea...
Whilst visiting my friend Dorinda, who studies in London now, we actually did not go for the real high tea-thing, which is actually not that big in England I thought it would be. Instead, we visited Starbucks a couple of times, also around 4 pm to have a hot chocolate with caramel waffles, which I count as 'high tea' for now ;)
