Saw Titanic 3D on 9-Apr-2012

Seeing a movie in 3D was one of the easier tasks to accomplish. I went with my daughter to see The Lorax in 3D. And I must say, I'm 100% unimpressed with 3D. It is totally not worth the extra bucks. Glad I tried this.

Journey 2, in 3D

Beauty and the Beast- Re-release in 3d... AMAZING!

Friday 6th January 2012
This morning I woke up and my mom was in the kitchen making breakfast. School is in three days and it feels like the break just whizzed by with no forewarning whatsoever. It feels like it never even happened. I think my mom felt it too and she suggested we go skating again (for the second time), but we decided over breakfast (it was actually brunch though) to go watch a movie instead. I suggested we watch a 3D movie because none of us had watched one yet (I know, we're so behind) and The Adventures of Tin Tin was the only G-rated one that we could safely bring my brother (who's 5) to. So anyway, we wanted to watch it at the CineplexOdeon in Eglington Town Center because tickets are pretty cheap there and it was relatively close (okay, not really but it wasn't as far away as Vaughn and stuff). We tried to catch the 2:40PM screening but missed it by 20 minutes-ish so we had to wait for the 5:00PM one. We killed time by going to this Salvation Army store (my mom made my brother and I sit down in a corner and read so we didn't get our clothes dirty) and staying there for a good 2 hours. I read the Guinness Book of World Records 2003 edition and was just generally really bored. Then, it was finally 4:45 so we headed over to the cinema early and got our tickets. I have got to say, parts of the movie actually seemed so real and like they really were going to pop out at us. It was way cool. The movie itself was pretty good too and jam packed with action and humour. I loved it, although Tin Tin kind of annoyed me with his over-the-top "EUREKA!" moments at certain points. All in all, it was a great day!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part2

The Smurfs (little blue animations) 03 March 2011

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
I read ALL the books and I have been a complete Harry Potter geek for years. I still am actually :D.
It was pretty intense watching the fight scene and kind of devastating when I realized that it was all over.
I grew up with Harry, we were always the same age, pretty much went through the same things (except for the whole Voldemort thing, of course) and as he grew older I did too.
I am 20 years old now and it is sad to know that adolescence is almost over/already gone and adulthood, jobs, babies are coming.
Well, I hope my kids will love Harry Potter as much as I do.
