Get a small notebook. Keep this notebook in my bag. Add to this list constantly.

Add up the lists of simple things and illustrate them somehow for photoescapisms (renamed?!)

Add new things in journal with a sticker (to designate that it was an added happiness to that day)

Writing this (with pictures!) in the Golden Oriole book as things go along.
