Blood type
Blood type (or blood group) is determined, in part, by the ABO blood group antigens present on red blood cells. A blood type (also called a blood group) is a classification of blood based on the presence or absence of inherited antigenic substances on the surface of red blood cells (RBCs). These antigens may be proteins, carbohydrates, glycoproteins, or glycolipids, depending on the blood group system.

just got my results back: O positive baby.
I donated blood during Junior year of high school (I'm being specific in case I read this when I'm a lot older and don't understand). I got a call a few weeks ago (it's 7.14.11) from the blood donation place saying Thank You and that they would really like me to come back. I said that I would ask my mom when she came home. The call was about to end when I remembered that I don't even know my blood type. I asked the lady calling me if she knew.
I have type O blood. I am so happy I do :D
