I made one for Nuria's birthday-a collection of photos from her time/work in Jersey :) Going to make one for myself over the summer when I am home.
I was really worried about coming here, wishing I wasn't going before I left...and through most of the first 'term' here I was very down in the dumps...even though the job was good I was very lonely. Now though, I am settled in, loving work and have lots of friends here...and the weather is improving which is a great help!
Enter an exhibit with a 14ft Burmese Python.....moved him, cleaned the enclosure, didn't get eaten!!
I now do this on pretty much a daily basis! Still a bit scary, got to keep an eye on him at all times.....soon there will be two others in there with him...

Weekend 17th-20th Feb. Phil visited Jersey and we had our own Pancake Day (or two)
By this I meant a professional or really good one.....I think I can say the one I had from Phil this weekend counts, with smelly, stimulating body oil, mmm :)
Tea and toast at Phil's on his return from NZ :) Pancakes in bed when he visited me :)
