I don't usually eat fast food, and my family rarely eats out, but I want to consciously avoid it for a month.
I see that "donate blood" is the top goal, but I already do that on a regular basis. The challenge for me will be to not be turned down for low iron, which happens often.
A lot rougher than I thought. Hard for me to eat before 10 or 11 a.m.
