I'm 27 (28 upon completion!) and already worried about the toll that the 9-to-5 is taking on my soul. My list includes some self-improvement, but focuses on happiness and emotional well-being and things that are just fun!
I'm thinking this includes: play in the snow, plant a flower/have a picnic/do something springy, swim in the ocean, fall in leaves/carve a pumpkin/do something fally...we really don't have four seasons where I live, but I'll figure it out!
