Ok - I decided to go with Blogger since I'm on a budget. Now the other part of this is keeping it updated.

Other notes for this Goal:
I've been trying to decide.... do I want to do something quick and easy like Blogger or Livejournal or do I want my own domain and then create a Wordpress blog. I really like WordPress but I find the free templates are not usually to my liking and I'm low on funds to buy the templates I do like.
