I try and go for a walk most days now and feel the difference when I don't. It's playing havoc with my knees though and making me very aware of my mobility limitations which I need to address with the doc.
All photo's now taken for the last seven days. Now need to get the best printed and the instax shots added to the Japanese Moleskine album I bought for this project.

Lost two stone just by going vegan and only regained half a stone during recovery from surgery when I couldn't move around much. My exercise everyday for a month list item should help boost this list challenge.
