I have picked Shepparton, November 2010 as my goal race. I am training for it. Woot!
I have entered the 10km of Fun Run Pink. Hopefully I can run the whole way!

Definitely started.

Definteily a magnificent tool for tri training!
I think we are well on the way. After the visit to the dietician, we should be on the way to OK!
I have to see a dietician, which is higher than a nutritionist, for IBS anyway... Cheating, but still.
I'm looking :D
