I bought a ticket for powerball from a newsagents at the RBH today. I don’t have any expectations of winning but I can at least brush this goal off the list.
Actually do it from time to time. Never won anything big. Who are those people who win real money?!

First time I've ever bought a lottery ticket! With Mega Millions at $636 million, it seemed to be a good time. Drawing tonight at 11pm EST. My dad even decided he had to buy one as well.

I won! Well, I won in the lowest division - I won $13.60, and since the ticket of 12 games cost me $11.15 that comes to a profit of $2.45. Not bad for a one-off. I don't plan to do it again though.
I bought a ticket today, 12 games for tomorrow's draw. I was considering using the numbers from Lost but decided to let the machine choose the numbers. This was really no big deal, one of the final items added to round out the Day Zero list.
